About the Listing Agent

"My clients are my #1 priority in a transaction! An exceptional experience is paramount, from our first conversation, to the closing table and then continuing into the future. This is a people business, and these people are my clients, my customers, my friends and family...my bosses!" This has always been the baseline from which Wendy has built her real estate career. Honing in on the important aspects of a clients lifestyle and overall needs as it pertains to a home, she finds a connection with her clients to build trust and a relationship that everyone can feel comfortable with and work from.

After eleven years in the service industry Wendy felt that it was time to utilize her ability to listen and understand a person's needs and bring a different level of customer service to the real estate industry. Diving into real estate when the market was exceptionally tough in 2008, she decided if she could build a business in a down market, she would build a future in the industry. Going above and beyond for her clients is not an uncommon event and she often finds herself creating friendships with many of her clients during the buying and selling process. She also brings so much heart, passion, and a tireless work ethic to the table, she has had clients ask her if she ever sleeps!

Born and raised in Friendswood, on the southeast side of Houston, Wendy was involved in as many things as she could fill her time with and always found friendships in all different circles of people. An athlete from an early age and all the way through college, she attributes her dedication to her work and her work ethic to the years training as a gymnast and volleyball player. After graduating from Texas A&M University, Wendy moved to the Southwest side of Austin and fell in love with the vibe, the people and the outdoorsy nature of the city. Since 2004, Austin has been the place she calls home.
