I’ve lived at Villas on Rio for 2 years. It’s been the best off-campus apartment I’ve lived at. The maintenance staff is great and the building is very safe and secure. The amenities are awesome and it’s a great distance to campus. Would recommend it to anyone!

things are always broken or breaking and it smells weird sometimes so i say the maintenance is definitely lacking but the apartment themselves are nice however for the price and the amount of money that everyone has to pay for everything not just rent is kinda ridiculous for the experience

I honestly love it here for west campus. Definitely not perfect but compared to other buildings Villas has fine elevators, nice community events, friendly staff. I've never had to make a noise complaint and the residents are super chill. Pretty good gym, nice rooftop, overall great experience.

I love how close the apartment is to campus and I love the amenities. However, maintenance takes a while to fix things and the elevators seem to always have problems.
